University life can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming. If you’re feeling low, anxious, or struggling with your mental health, we’re here to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How We Can Help<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Mental Health and Wellbeing team is here to support you throughout your time at Edge Hill. We offer emotional and practical help and can guide you to other services such as counselling or external organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recommend all students register with a local GP<\/strong>, as they play an important role in accessing formal support and treatment for mental health issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note<\/strong>: The Mental Health and Wellbeing team cannot provide medical treatment or diagnoses but can work with local NHS services when needed to support you in your studies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If you think you need help, book an initial assessment appointment with us. These can be face-to-face, over the phone or on Teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
